DFAC Airmen serve Aviano
Airman Luis Lugo-Velez, 31st SVS food service technician, stirs sauce he prepared for meatbal sandwiches. The La Dolce Vita Dining Facility serves 600 meals a day on average. Each shift prepares for the next shift. For example, the midnight shift prepares the morning meal, so the morning shift can come in and serve the food, clean-up and cook lunch.
