Customers are now only a few clicks away from valuable information on everything they need to know in order to register their privately owned vehicles, receive tax-free gas rations and more.

The new 31st Security Forces Pass and Registration Web site, http://www.aviano.af.mil/library/pass&id.asp, contains quick links and forms with all the pertinent information customers typically could only get by stopping by the Pass and Registration office.

"Our intention is to push as much information to the public as possible so they arrive at our office with all the appropriate paperwork," said Technical Sergeant Xavier Daniel, 31st SFS Pass and Registration NCOIC. "Now that this Web site is up and running, it will hopefully make the process smoother for customers."

Helping an average of 1,200 customers each month, the Pass and Registration office's goal is to serve the customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Customers can now go to the Pass and Registration Web site and download applicable forms and required paperwork to help the process go smoother and faster. The intent is to reduce the number of visits a customer needs to make to the Pass and Registration office as well as reduce the wait time associated with completing the paperwork.

"Our Pass and Registration office has taken great strides to reduce wait times and streamline processes to better serve our customer base" said Lt. Col. Greenroad, 31st SFS commander.

The Pass and Registration Office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from noon to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. The office is located in Building 1403 next to the 31st Fighter Wing headquarters building in Area F.
